Issues:	How to fold a taped tray, automated and safely.
Solution:	We came up with a variety of ideas and using the latest CAD design software we modelled up a possible solution. We then went on to test our idea which resulted in building a prototype. When we decided the prototype was a success we redesigned the machine from what we had learnt from the prototype. The machine can now do a variety of sizes with the aid of change parts.
Outcome:	The CAD software package in this project allowed us to change the design of the machine numerous times quickly. As the product size is flexible to suit customer needs, also the design of the machine needs to change quickly.
